Terms and conditions

The outstanding designed boat house comes with a fully equipt kitchen, dining table for 12, two toilets and a shower, washing machine, bar, champagne cabinet, wine cabinet. Four beds in open loft solution in three levels. The main house accommodation is 8 overnight guests. The two small houses with minibar/ king size bed, accomodating 2 guest each.

Large outdoor area with kitchen facilities incl. a grill, sauna, hot tub, over water hammock and a small private beach.

Prices:

Two nights or more NOK 12.000,- pr. night. One night NOK 15.000,-.
May- September NOK 15.000,- pr. night.

Check-in at 16.00 (4.00 pm) and check out at 13.00 (1 pm). Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and cleaning is included. Booking inquiry is in the booking form. The booking is completed when you receive a confirmed email. We guarantee replies within 24 hours.

Cancellation policy: Want to cancel your booking, we must be notified no later than 21 days before check-in. If you cancel later, we must charge you 50% of the total and after 7 days before check-in you must pay the full amount. The same applies when ordering activities and food.

Free Wifi

Smoking is not allowed inside the boat house.

The tenant must be over 20 years old and responsible for the house, the inventory and the area during the stay. The guest is billed for destruction.
